The purpose of this policy is to comply with the GDPR (  General Data  Protection Regulation (EU) (2016/679) )  and to protect our Clients, staff and other individuals data.

Golden Ingot Limited (The Company) may collect the following data  from our Clients including name, address, email address,  private and confidential information, sensitive information and bank details.

 The Company has developed policies, procedures, controls and measures to ensure maximum and continued compliance with the data protection laws and principles, including  awareness in relation to Clients confidentiality, 

Ensuring and maintaining the security and confidentiality of personal and/or special category data is one of our top priorities. We are proud to operate a 'Privacy by Design' approach, assessing changes and their impact from the start and designing systems and processes to protect personal information at the core of our business.

• We will retain all confidential data in secure and password protected environment.
• We will not share information on our Clients with any other third party.
• Clients have the right to request deletion of their data. The Company recognises that this is not an absolute "right to be forgotten".     Data subjects only have a right to have personal data erased and to prevent processing if one of the below conditions applies: -
  •  Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed
  •  When the individual withdraws consent
  •  When the individual objects to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the processing
  • The personal data was unlawfully processed 
  • The personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation
  • The personal data is processed in relation to the offer of information society services to a child
• Data retained by the Company shall be enough to meet the requirement only and will be retained no longer than is legally or contractually allowed.
